ABOUT
LEADER, COMMUNICATOR, PROBLEM SOLVER
I'm a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant who specializes in making every team I join better. My work spans emergency response, policy and doctrine, public information, visual media, campaign strategy, and organizational communications. All of it rests on a career where getting the message right was never optional.
Today I lead public information and drone operations for the Montgomery County Highway Department in Tennessee, producing aerial visuals that keep residents informed about the work in their community. I also serve as the department's Emergency Management Coordinator, leading response planning and training so the right information reaches the right people when it matters most.
Before that, I served as Communications Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Clarksville, and I bring extensive experience in political campaign management, messaging, and strategy. As a photographer, videographer, and graphic designer, I take projects from concept to finished product.
HOW I APPROACH EVERY BRIEF, CAMPAIGN, OR ASSIGNMENT
Understand the audience, get the facts right, deliver the message with precision, and adapt as the situation demands.
THE LEADER YOU WANT. THE RESULTS YOU NEED
ABOUT
TWO DISCIPLINES, ONE STANDARD
I bring an operator's judgment and discipline to every effort. I’ve led in places where a wrong decision costs lives, and in rooms where the wrong message costs trust. Both taught me to prepare relentlessly, decide with confidence, and communicate without error.
